If i am writting in english it just means one thing...I AM FED UP with everything and with NO REASON at all....yesterday everything was going PERFECTLY well until i decided to visit a FRIEND and she knows PERFECTLY well that i am on a DIET....SO i end up eating a lot of stupid little things that i did not WISH for....but i am not going to let it PUT ME DOWN as i am a STRONG WOMAN...stronger than my deepest DESIRES...AND i will NOT STOP...even if i FALL i will GET UP and WALK....today i feel TERRIBLY bad but am going with the PROGRAM...hope all goes WELL....i didnt take the soup yet as i dont feel like it but i will SOON....will keep YOU posted....
